Shipping & Delivery

How PANDÉ orders are packed, dispatched and delivered across India.

Dispatch

Orders are packed by hand at our studio and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Sculptural pieces and personalised gifting orders may take 5–7 working days.

Delivery

Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 working days after dispatch; other locations may take 4–7 working days. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

Shipping charges

Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹2,500. A flat fee applies below that threshold and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Packaging

Every order is wrapped in recycled tissue and shipped in a rigid protective box. Gift orders can be finished with our linen ribbon and a handwritten note.

International

International shipping is not yet available. Please write to us and we will let you know when it opens.
